Return Eligibility<\/h3>\n

We offer a 5 working day return policy<\/strong>, which means you must request a return within five (5) business days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p>\n

Please note that cut fabric<\/strong>, whether trimmed from a manufacturer\u2019s roll or cut from retail or wholesale inventory, is considered a custom order<\/strong>. Due to the customized nature of cut fabric, returns or exchanges are not accepted<\/strong> unless the fabric arrives damaged, defective, or flawed<\/strong> at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n

To avoid discrepancies, we strongly recommend ordering swatches or color cards<\/strong> before placing your order to ensure complete satisfaction with color, texture, and finish.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received<\/li>\n
  • Items must include original tags and packaging<\/li>\n
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If your return request is approved, Payman Fabric will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20%<\/strong> will apply to all approved returns.<\/p>\n

    Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

    Exchanges<\/h3>\n

    The most efficient way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
    \nPlease note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Damages and Color Variations<\/h3>\n

      Refunds<\/h3>\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days<\/strong>. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.<\/p>\n

      A restocking fee of up to 20%<\/strong> will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\n
