Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information indicates that your order has been marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within five (5) working days of the expected delivery date. We recommend first contacting your local post office or UPS, as packages may occasionally be marked delivered prematurely and arrive within 24 hours.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, notify us promptly. We will provide all relevant shipment details, including the tracking number, shipment date, and last recorded delivery location, to assist you in resolving the matter.
Once an order has left our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Payman Fabric Inc. does not communicate directly with shipping carriers on behalf of customers, making it essential to ensure accurate shipping information and to monitor delivery progress.
Packaging of Cut Orders
For most cut fabric orders consisting of a single product, items shipped via USPS or UPS may be folded rather than rolled due to carrier size and dimension restrictions. We ensure that all packaging complies with carrier requirements while maintaining the integrity of the fabric.
Liability Limitations
Payman Fabric Inc. is not responsible for refunds or reshipments in cases including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Carrier delays, including expedited shipping services
- Packages lost or stolen during transit
- Shipments held or returned by carriers
For added security, we recommend shipping to PO boxes or secure delivery locations, particularly for customers who have previously experienced delivery issues.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping services for our customers worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.
